摘要
目的探讨单、双插管蛙心在离体蛙心灌流实验中的应用效果.方法对比两种插管方法对离体蛙心活性及对灌流结果的影响.结果双插管法对离体蛙心活性的影响较小,在灌流实验中使用双插管蛙心,可实现对心输出量和每搏输出量的记录.双插管蛙心还可用于研究蛙心前后负荷对蛙心功能的影响.结论双插管蛙心是更为理想的离体蛙心灌流实验模型.
Objective To discuss the application effects of single-cannula method and the double-cannula method in the isolated frog heart perfusion experiment. Method The influence of two intubation methods on isolated frog heart activity and the perfusion resuJts was compared. Results The influence of the douhle-cannula intubation method on isolated frog heart activity was not so significant in contrast to the single-cannula intuhation method. The application of the double-cannula in the isolated heart perfusion experiment could make recording cardiac output and stroke volume become possible, and the method could be used in the study on the influence of the cardiac preload and afterload on the changes of cardiac functions of the heart. Conclusion The isolated frog heart with double-cannula intubation should be a more ideal experiment model used in the in vitro fi-og perfusion experiment.
