摘要
目的观察转苏云金杆菌CrylVD基因蓝藻现场杀灭蚊幼虫的效果。方法大量培养转基因工程藻,显微镜下计数,在济宁市郊区选择不同孳生地进行现场应用,评价杀蚊幼效果。结果工程藻浓度≥106cells/ml时,在无污染的水体中2d杀死99%以上的蚊幼虫,在轻度污染的水体中3d杀死99%以上的蚊幼虫。连续观察3个月工程藻仍有杀灭蚊幼虫的效果,实验组蚊幼虫密度最多16条/勺,对照组平均为80条/勺。结论工程藻在水质较好或轻度污染的水体中均有较强的杀蚊幼作用,且持续时间长,有望用于蚊虫防治。
Objective To observe the larvicidal action of transgenic cyanobacterium with the CryIVD gene of Bacillus thuringiensis sub.israelensis.Methods Transgenic cyanobacterium was cultured in large quantities and counted under a light microscope.Its larvicidal action was evaluated in the field in the City of Jining,Shandong Province.Results The transgenic cyanobacterium was highly toxic to the larvae of Culex pipiens.When the concentration of the engineered cyanobacterium was 106 cells/ml,it killed more than 99% of larvae in 2din unpolluted water and more than 99% of larvae in 3din mildly polluted water.It was obviously toxic to mosquito larvae for 3months straight.Mosquito larvae in the experimental group had a maximum density of up to 16per spoon,while larvae in the control group came to an average of 80 per spoon.Conclusion The transgenic larvicidal cyanobacterium had strong larvicidal action in unpolluted or slightly polluted water and this action persisted,indicating its potential for use in mosquito control.
