摘要
目的:采用化学原子化-原子吸收光谱法,建立食品香菇中重金属镉的测定方法。方法:采用PE—AA400原子吸收分光光度计,MCA-201微型化学原子化器,波长228.8nm,狭缝2.7mm/1.35mm,灯电流4mA,载气氩气的流速1.1L/min。结果:镉浓度在0-2.0ng/mL范围内,具有良好的线性关系,校准方程为:A=0.1999c+0.0015(r=0.9997);方法回收率为96.25%(n=9),相对标准偏差:3.16%。结论:化学原子化-原子吸收光谱法测定香菇中镉含量的方法灵敏度高,无背景校正,操作快捷简单,成本低廉。
Objective: Adoption of the chemical atomization atomic absorption spectrometry is efficient for the detection of the Cd in lentinula edodes. Method: PE-AA400 atomic absorption spectrophotometer and MCA-201 microscale chemical atomizer are available with wave-length of 228.8 nm, slit of 2.7 mm/1.35 mm-4 mA of lamp current and 1.1 L/min of carrier gas flow velocity of argon. Result: Concentration of the Cd within 0-2.0ng/mL prefers linear relation. Calibration equation of the A=0.1999c+0.0015 (r=0.9997) is proposed. Method recovery is of the 96.25% (n=9) and relative standard deviation of the 3.16%. Conclusion: Chemical atomization atomic absorption spectrometry is advantage of high in sensitivity for the detection of the Cd in lentinula edodes without background correction. Moreover, the method is potential of rapid and simple in operation and cheap in expense.
