摘要
目的：建立逍遥舒心胶囊的质量控制方法。方法：用薄层色谱法鉴别方中柴胡、当归、栀子、白芍；用反相高效液相色谱法测定枳壳中柚皮苷含量。结果：鉴别方法简便、专属；定量方法简便、准确，柚皮苷在4．65～184．6μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率95．75％，RSD=1．6％（n=9）。结论：定性、定量能有效控制逍遥舒心胶囊的质量。
Objective ： To establish the method for quality control of Xiaoyao Shuxin Capsule. Methods ： TLC was per- formed to identify Bupleuri Radix, Angelicae sinensis Radix, Gardeniae Fructus and Paeoniae Radix Alba in the capsule prepartions. RP - HPLC was used to determine the content of Naringin. Results ：The TLC identification was highly specif- ic. The method of content determination was simple and accurate. The linearity of Naringin was obtained over the range of 4.65 g to 184.6 μg（ r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery rate of Naringin was 95.75 % with RSD of 1.6% （n = 9）. Con- clusion：This method is effective in the quality control of Huoxue Zhentong Capsule.
