水平井钻井摩阻影响因素分析及减摩技术 被引量:22

摘要 摩阻问题是制约水平井发展的瓶颈。根据现场资料统计,并结合有限元计算,分析了钻柱的屈曲行为、轨迹控制及钻井液密度对水平井钻井过程中摩阻的影响。分析结果对钻机的能力评价及长水平井轨迹的优化设计及有效控制提供了强有力的分析和评价手段。设计了一种减摩降阻工具,该工具不仅可减少摩阻-扭矩,还能减少套管与接头磨损,防止压差卡钻,可提高机械钻速,特殊设计的导流槽还能提高井眼净化效率,为提高长水平段钻具延伸能力和解决脱压问题提供了有力的技术支撑。 Friction resistance is the bottleneck to prevent the development of horizontal well. Therefore, accord- ing to the on-site statistics and on the basis of the finite element calculation, the paper analyzes the influence of buckling behavior and control trajectory of drill string as well as the effect of drilling fluid density on friction in the process of horizontal drilling. The analysis provides the powerful analysis and assessment method for the assessment of drilling capacity and the design optimization and effective control of long horizontal well trajectory. A type of anti- friction tool was designed. The tool can reduce friction-torque as well as casing and joint wear. It can prevent pres- suz~ dift^rential sticking and improve rate of penetration. The specially designed diversion trench can improve hole purification efficiency. The research provides a powerful support for improving the extension capacity of horizontal drilling tool and solving the problem of depressurization.
