海底表层水合物绞吸采掘的单齿破碎性能 被引量:1

摘要 固态流化绞吸开采是解决海底表层天然气水合物开采技术瓶颈的方案之一。而绞吸头是水合物绞吸开采的核心部件,因此单齿参数是决定绞吸头破碎性能的关键。利用替代试样和单齿直线模拟切削装置,开展了绞吸头单齿结构和工艺参数对单齿载荷、破碎颗粒粒径尺度的影响实验。结果表明:随着单齿宽度的增加,单齿所受载荷随前刃角的增大呈二项式减小的规律;破碎的颗粒粒径随切削宽度的增加而增大,随着前刃角的增加而减小,前刃角为60°的破碎效果最佳。侧倾角对单齿载荷和破碎颗粒尺度分布的作用受切槽壁面脆性崩落的影响。 Solid fluidization cutter suction mining technology is one of the solutions to the bottleneck of gas hydrate production in the surface of the seabed.The cutter suction head is the core component of the cutter suction mining,and the single tooth parameter is the key to determine the breaking performance of the cutter suction head.Using the substitute sample and the single-tooth linear simulation cutting device,the experimental research on the influence of the single-tooth structure parameters and process parameters of the cutter head on the single-tooth load and the particle size of the broken particles was carried out.The results indicate that the load of a single tooth increases binomially with the increase of the cutting width,and decreases with the increase of the front edge angle.The particle size of the broken particles increases with the increase of the single tooth width,and decreases with the increase of the front edge angle.The crushing effect of the front edge angle of 60°is the best.The distribution of the side inclination to the single tooth load and the broken particle size is affected by the brittle collapse of the groove wall.
