摘要
为提高水库群防洪和兴利效益,以佛子岭水库群为例,针对单库调洪演算的局限性,考虑水库间水力联系,建立了联合调洪演算模型,通过确定联合运用时的起调水位和止调水位,研究了汛限水位调整后的运行效果。同时,采用安全度作为风险分析指标,计算了各汛限水位组合下水库群的安全度,定量分析了汛限水位调整对防洪安全的影响。结果表明,佛子岭水库群汛限水位可恢复至设计值,且白莲崖水库的兴建能大幅提高水库群的整体防洪能力。
In order to improve the flood control and benefits of reservoir group, taking Foziling reservoir group tor an example, according to the limitations of flood routing for single reservoir, joint flood routing model is established by con- sidering the hydraulic connection between reservoirs joint operation, the operation effect after adjusting Through confirming the initial water level and end water level of flood control water level is researched. Meanwhile, the security is taken as indicator of risk analysis to calculate the security of reservoirs under various combination of flood control water level, and quantitative analysis of the impact on the flood control safety after adjusting the water level is given. The re- sults show that the flood control water level in Foziling reservoir group can regain to the design value, and the construc- tion of the Bailianya reservoir can greatly improve the flood control capacity of the reservoir group.
