摘要
针对某300 MW汽包锅炉给水分配管腐蚀泄漏问题,通过分析得出腐蚀泄漏的形式为流动加速腐蚀,弯头设计不合理及管材不耐腐蚀是其主要原因。将除氧器排气门调整为微开,更换所有给水分配管,并增大弯头处的曲率半径之后,腐蚀泄漏问题得到缓解。
In the light of corrosion leak existed in feedwater distribution pipe of a 300 MW steam dram boiler, the paper points out that flow accelerated corrosion is the failure form of the corrosion leak based on analysis, and unreasonable design of the elbow and pipe with poor corrosion-resistant ability is the main causes. Finally, the paper takes some measures to effectively reduce the corrosion leak, such as slightly opening the deaerator exhaust valve, replacing all water distribution pipes and increasing the radius of emwature of the elbow.
