摘要
采用循环流动腐蚀试验装置,研究了16Mn钢在三元复合驱采出液流动介质中的电化学腐蚀行为。通过试验得出温度、流速对腐蚀电流密度的影响规律。结果表明,在流动的三元复合驱采出溶液中,16Mn钢的腐蚀电流密度因溶液温度和流速不同而变化。通过X射线衍射分析确定腐蚀产物,并对腐蚀产物膜保护性进行了分析。
A circular-flow corrosion test device was performed to investigate the electrochemical corrosion behavior of 16Mn steel in simulated aqueous medium of alkaline-surfactant-polymer(ASP) flooding oil well.The effects of the temperature and flow rate of the simulated aqueous medium on the corrosion behavior of the 16Mn steel were investigated.Moreover,the composition of the corrosion products was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,and the protection action of the corrosive product film was primarily explored as well.The results indicated that the temperature and flow rate of the simulated oil-field aqueous medium had different effects on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of the 16Mn steel,and the corrosion current density of the 16Mn steel varied with the temperature and flow rate of the simulated oil-field aqueous medium.
