摘要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织进程的日益加快 ,有必要对入世后各个行业在人力资源方面的竞争形势进行认真的分析 ,了解我国人力资源现状 ,及时制定新的应对策略 ,搞好人力资源的深层次开发 ,以便在世界经济新一轮的竞争中 ,掌握主动权 ,抓住机遇 ,赢得挑战。
With the drawing near of China's joining the WTO,it is necessary for us to make a careful analysis of the competitive situation on the human resources at every aspect,to understand our country's human resources status and the existing problems,to set new contermeasures timely and to further develop the human resources under the new situation so as to hold the active right and grasp the opportunity and win the challenge in the new cycle of world economic competition.
