摘要
本文报告了氢化发生原子吸收光谱测定食品中砷的方法。VA-90气态原子化装置与固定原子吸收分光光度计 WFX-IF2配套,以峰高为测量方式,可测定PPb级汞、砷、硒以及锑、锡、锗、碲、铋和铅,具有灵敏度高(砷特征浓度为0.3μg/L)、曲线线性好(砷回归系数为0.9992)、准确度高(砷回收率为93.7%~105%),重现性好(砷的相对标准偏差1.4%~3.0%)、通用性强之特点。
The method is described for the determination of arsenic in food by using hydride generation - atomic ab- sorption spectrop hotometry.VA-90 gas atomicity device is mated with atomic absorption spectrophotometer. It is a de- vice for the determination of PPb mercury、arsenic、selenium and stibium、tin、germanium、tellurium、bismuth、lead. The test' s sensitivity is high(the characteristic density is 0.30μg/L), reproducibility is good(the variation coefficient is 0.9992),accuracy is high(the rate of recovery is 93 .7% -105% )、versatility is good.
