摘要
提出了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定人血中五氯酚含量的方法。为使固相微萃取达到更高的效率,选用自制的离子液体健合固相微萃取涂层,萃取温度及时间为80℃和50 min.用HP-5色谱柱、氢火焰离子化检测器检测。五氯酚的质量浓度在0.1~100μg·L^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.01μg·L^(-1)。以人血样为基体,在3种浓度水平下进行加标回收试验,计算得回收率在89.0%~98.4%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=8)在5.8%~8.6%之间。
GC with headspacesolid phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) was applied to the determination of pentachlorophenol in human blood. To attain a higher efficiency in SPME, the sel^made ionic liquid (IL) bonded coating was selected for the micro extraction, and the extraction was carried out at 80 ℃ for 50 min. The analyte were separated with HP-5 chromatographic column and detected by FID. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of pentachforophenol was kept in the range of 0. 1-100μg ·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.01 μg ·L-1. Using sample of human blood as matrix, test for recovery was made at 3 concentration levels, values of recovery found were in the range of 89.0%-98. 4%with RSD's (n=8) in the range of 5.8%- 8.6%.
