摘要
采用高效液相色谱.电喷雾电离质谱联用法(HPLC—ESI/MS),测定纺织品中五氯酚残留量。以酸化正己烷提取纺织品试样中的残留五氯酚,在Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150mm×2.1mmI.D.,5μm)上,采用5mmol/L醋酸铵溶液/甲醇(体积比30:70)为流动相进行分离,结合电喷雾电离离子化技术,在选择离子监测(SIM)模式下进行测定,外标法定量。五氯酚检测的线性范围为5.0—500.0μg/L,定量检出限为0.005mg/kg,方法回收率为82.0%-94.4%,其RSD均小于12.5%。该法灵敏度高、操作简便、快速,适用于大批量样品的测定。
High performance liquid chromatography/electrosprayionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI/MS) was applied to determine the trace pentachlorophenol( PCP) in textiles. The PCP residue in textiles was extracted by acidified n - hexane, and then separated on Eclipse XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 2.1 mm I. D., 5 μm)with mobile phase consisting of 5 mmol/L aqueous ammonium acetate/methanol (30 : 70, v/v). Detection was performed on an iron trap mass spectrograph by the selective ion monitoring (SIM) in a negative mode with electrosprayionization (ESI), and quantified by external standard method. The linear range of pentachlorophenol was 5.0 - 500.0 μg/L, the limit of quantification was 0.005 mg/kg, the recovery was 82.0 - 94.4% and the RSD was less than 12.5%. This method featured sensitive, fast and accurate, and was suitable for the determination of lot sample.
