摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的检测方法。方法采用超声溶剂浸提,提取饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯(DMP、DEP、DBP、DAP、DEHP、DOP),以甲醇/水为溶剂,用C18反相柱分离被测物质,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)测定邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。结果采用超声溶剂浸提的方法,各物质的回收率可达90%以上;甲醇/水可有效分离饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。方法线性好,相关系数r>0.999,相对准偏差可控制在5%以内。结论本方法定量准确、重现性好,可同时测定饮料中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 6 kinds of phthalate esters in beverage by HPLC. Methods Phthalate esters(PAEs,ineluding DMP, DEP, DBP, DAP, DEHP, DOP)were extracted by ultrasonic solvent ex- traction, separated by C18 reversed phase column. The mobile phase is methanol /water and the signal was collected by Diode Array Detector (DAD). Results The recoveries ratio of sample is more than 90% by ultrasonic solvent extraction. The mobile phase (CH3OH/H20) can separated the 6 kinds of PAEs in sample. The correlation coefficient of regression equations(r) can be up to 0. 999 and relative standard deviation is within 5%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which can be applicable to determine PAEs in beverage.
