摘要
将 14 C标记的水杨酸 (salicylicacid ,SA)通过涂抹叶片背面引入葡萄幼苗。试验结果表明 ,水杨酸不易向外运输 ,具有以韧皮部运输为主、向下运输为主的特点。
C salicylic acid( 14 C SA)was fed into seedlings of 1 or 2 year old grape via the back of leaves to determine the transportation and distribution of SA in plants.The data showed that SA was transported out difficultly from fed leaf,it was transported primarily through phloem in stem and primarily downwards.
