摘要
制备了固体磷钨杂多酸银盐 ,并以此为催化剂 ,对醋酸异戊酯的合成反应进行了研究 ,探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间和重复使用对酯产率的影响。结果表明 :在异戊醇用量为 0 2 5mol的情况下 ,以环己烷为带水剂 ,用磷钨杂多酸银盐为催化剂 ,催化剂用量为 1 5 g ,醇酸摩尔比为 1∶1 4,在回流温度下反应2h后 ,再用分水装置反应 1h ,酯产率达 86 5 %
The silver phosphotungstate heteropolyacid catalyst was prepared and the synthesis of isoamyl acetate with this catalyst was studed. The effect of the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol and acetic acid,reaction time,and catalyst reused on the yield of isoamyl acetate were tested.The result showed that the yield of isoamyl acetate reaches to 86.5% under the condition of the amount of isoamyl alcohol 0.25 mol,catalyst 1.5 g,the molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol and acetic acid is 1∶1.4,and the cyclohexane as water carry off agent,reflux reaction for 2 h and then reacted 1 h in water separator.
