摘要
本文运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测算2004-2010年长三角16个中心城市金融服务业集聚全要素生产率(TFP)及其分解的历年均值的变动情况,并从城市层面进行了市际差异的分析与比较。研究结果表明:从总体看,在分析期间长三角金融服务业集聚历年TFP增长率均为正,呈现不断提高的趋势,TFP增长的速度则呈现下降的趋势,技术进步是金融业TFP增长的主要推动因素,技术效率的变化则在一定程度上阻碍了TFP的增长。长三角金融服务业集聚TFP变化与技术进步呈正相关,而与技术效率变化呈负相关,技术进步与技术效率下降并存。长三角金融服务业集聚技术效率的变化是纯技术效率变化与规模效率变化双重作用下的结果,三者之间存在正相关关系。从分市金融服务业TFP的变化及其分解来看,16个地级市金融服务业TFP增长及其变动与长三角地区总体情况大体相似,TFP变化的市际差异较为显著。最后提出相关对策建议。
This paper estimates the mean changes over 2004-2010 of the Total Factor Productivity(TFP) and its decomposition of the financial services industry agglomeration of 16 central cities in the Yangtze River Delta region by using the DEA-Malmquist index,and analyzes and compares the interurban differences from the city level.The results show that,in the whole,the growth rate of each year's TFP of the financial services industry in the Yangtze River Delta region is positive and keeps an increasing trend during the research period,while the increasing rate displays a declining trend.Technological progress is the main driving factor of the growth of TFP,while the technical efficiency changes hinder the growth of TFP to some extent.The TFP changes of the financial services industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region are positively correlated to the technological progress,and are negatively correlated to the technical efficiency changes.Technological progress and technical efficiency decline co-exist in the financial services industry.The technical efficiency changes of the financial services industry agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region are the result of the changes in the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency,and there is a positive correlation among the aforementioned three items.In view of the TFP and its decomposition of each city's financial services industry,the TFP growth and changes in the 16 central cities are broadly similar to the general situation in the Yangtze River Delta region.However,there is significant interurban difference among the 16 central cities.Finally,the article proposes some related suggestions.
