基于Malmquist指数和SFA模型的我国科技金融效率评价 被引量:33

摘要 选取2006—2014年我国30个省市区科技金融投入与产出的面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法和SFA模型对全要素生产率变动和科技金融效率值进行评价。研究表明在样本期限内,我国科技金融效率上升6.56%,但是效率水平不高;科技金融效率在区域之间存在显著的差异,总体上来说东部地区明显优于中西部地区,但是江西、贵州等地的科技金融效率提升较快;我国各地区可以分为4类,大部分的投入规模与效率水平比较匹配。 Recently, the 2015 annual meeting of the China Association for Science and Technology Finance proposed to promote the effective transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In this paper, we select the panel data of 30 regions from 2006 to 2014, and use DEA - Malmquist index and SFA model to evaluate the efficiency. It was found that during the sample period, the total factor productivity of technology and finance in our country increased 6. 56% ; the effi- ciency of eastern regions was better than the central and western regions, but Guizhou, Jiangxi and other places increased faster; the regions were divided into four categories, and the investment scale in most provinces were matched with the level of efficiency.
