摘要
对接力技术的假设前提和理论基础进行了分析。首先介绍了接力技术的基本思想和所遵循“接”、“作”和“交”的原则 ,重点分析了该技术背后隐含的一些假设前提 ,并对生产理论和成本理论进行了分析 ,指出接力技术以承认项目中存在不确定性的因素和管理中存在着惯性为前提 。
This article presents an analysis into the hypothetical preconditions and theoretical foundation of the relay technology. First, it introduces the basic thinking and working procedure (“handing over”, “making” and “receiving”) of the relay technology. The emphasis is put on some hypothetical preconditions behind the very technology. Then it analyzes the manufacture theory and the cost theory. With these, it points out that the relay technology has the existence of uncertainty in project and the management inertia as its preconditions, and the theoretical foundation of the relay technology concerning production and operation is the theory of production efficiency.
