摘要
通过分析家庭装饰工程的特点,提出在家装工程管理中引入接力技术,针对家庭装饰工程管理的基本单元即工序的系统管理方法及其基本运行模式进行控制,加强家庭装饰工程的施工组织和动态管理,实现连续、均衡、高效的家庭装修施工。
By analyzing the characteristic of family decoration project,this paper introduces ＂relay-technique＂ to improve and enhance construction organization and dynamic management, realize consecutive, proportionable and efficient construction. This paper brings up systemic management method and its basic applying mode to manage the working procedure （a basic unit of house decorating project）.
