摘要
目的探讨留学生皮肤病教学中开展基于问题学习(PBL)教学的效果。方法留学生60人,随机分为两组,每组30人。实验组采用PBL教学,对照组采用传统教学,通过理论知识和临床操作考试分析教学效果。结果实验组理论知识和临床操作考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有显著性(t=7.16,P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法促进了留学生学习积极性,提高了教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) method on dermatology teaching for foreign students. Methods Sixty foreign students were evenly randomized to experimental group and control group. PBL tea ching was adopted in the experimental group, and traditional one in the control. The effect was analyzed through an examination of theory and clinical work. Results The examination records of both theory and clinical work of students in the experimental group were much better than that in the control, the difference being significant (t=7.16 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method promotes learning activeness of the international students and raises the quality of teaching.
