摘要
目的:探讨多媒体结合典型病例教学法在皮肤病学教学中的应用及效果。方法:根据高等医学院校有关皮肤病学教学大纲的要求,选择需掌握的内容,制作多媒体课件,同时结合典型病例进行讲解示教。结果:经问卷调查,病历书写及技能考试成绩均提示该教学法优于比较单纯的多媒体教学法。结论:为进一步丰富皮肤病学教学法提供依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of the teaching methods of multimedia technology combine typical cases in clinical dermatology teaching. Methods According to teaching outline requirements of dermatology in the higher medical universi- ty, we chose required content, and make multimedia courseware. Meanwhile, the typical cases were combined in the clinical teach- ing. Results By questionnaire survey, this teaching method has more advantages than application of multimedia technology in case histories and records of skill examination. Conclusion This study provided evidence for further abundance of teaching methods in clinical dermatology teaching
