摘要
河北省是一个地方戏大省,但河北地方戏普遍面临着前所未有的生存窘况和发展困境。只有通过改善文化生态环境、加强剧目建设开展生产自救并通过体制改革,机制创新,壮大人才队伍,抢占演出市场,才能拓宽地方戏的发展路径。
Hebei is a large province with many a regional drama faced with difficulties for develop- ment. Therefore, this paper argues for reforms on cultural ecology, institutional creativity, performance marketing, and employing players.
