摘要
深化国有文化单位改革,健全现代文化市场体系,创新文化管理体制,完善政策保障机制,推动中华文化走向世界,积极吸收借鉴国外优秀文化成果,是党的十七届六中全会提出的深化文化体制改革的行动纲领。按照这一纲领深化文化体制改革,对于推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、把我国建设成为社会主义文化强国具有决定性意义。
To deepen the reform of state-owned cultural institutions,perfect the modern cultural market system,innovate the cultural administration setup,improve the policy guarantee mechanism,accelerate the pace of the Chinese culture toward the world,and actively learn from excellent foreign cultural achievements is the guideline for deepening the reform of cultural system brought forward in the 6th Plenary Session of the CPC 17th Central Committee.To deepen the reform of cultural system in accordance with this guideline has a determinative meaning for boosting the vigorous development and enrichment of socialist culture and building our country into a socialist cultural power.
