摘要
国外未成年人网络信息行为研究大致包括针对未成年人网络信息行为特点的研究、针对未成年人网络信息行为潜在风险的研究、针对未成年人网络信息行为规范机制的研究等内容。相对而言,我国的相关理论研究不够全面、细致和深入,有待加强,图书馆应在实践层面制定相关法律保护未成年人的信息权益,提高未成年人的信息素养,鼓励网络开发商开发适合未成年人使用的专项网络应用产品。
Researches on the network information behavior of foreign minors include following contents： researches on characteristics of the network information behavior of minors, potential risks of the network information behavior of minors, the normative mechanism of the network information behavior of minors, and so on. Comparatively speaking, relative theory researches in China are not overall, careful and in- depth enough, and it needs to be strengthened. Libraries in China should formulate relative laws to protect minors＇ information benefits in practice, improve minors＇ information literacy, and encourage network developers to develop special network application products which suit minors＇ use.
