病毒准种多样性及其在免疫选择压作用下的演变 被引量:3

Multiplicity of viral quasispecies and its evolution under selective pressure of antibody immunity

摘要 对人与动物RNA病毒的基因组准种多样性的研究进展作了简单综述,特别详细概述了在体外模型中对我国常见4种动物RNA病毒与病毒中和反应密切相关的蛋白基因在抗体免疫选择压作用下演化规律的研究进展,还就病毒在免疫选择压下演变规律的研究对动物疫病防控的指导意义作了讨论,也对病毒准种多样性的深入研究提出了展望。 Progresses in genome quasispecies multiplicity of human and animal RNA viruses were reviewed, and especially recent studies in evolution of common animal RNA viruses in their viral neutralization-related protein genes under the selective pressure of antibody immunity in the in vitro models were described. Possible influence of virus evolution under immune selective pressure on prevention and control of animal viral diseases was discussed, and the futher studies on viral quasispecies multiplicity were suggested.
