摘要
针对阳煤五矿在石灰岩平巷中掘进掏槽效率低的问题,首先运用掏槽爆破作用理论,分析了巷道掘进存在的问题;然后结合有关文献和实际工程,确定了合理的爆破参数;最后对菱形掏槽、螺旋掏槽、三角柱掏槽3种掏槽方式在均质石灰石岩巷中的的爆破效果进行了对比分析;得出:在阳煤五矿均质石灰岩平巷掘进中采用单空眼螺旋掏槽爆破技术,可保证炮眼利用率达到90%以上,并能把炮眼数目和单位炸药消耗量降低到合理水平。
In view of low efficiency in Tunneling and cutting of the limestone drift of Yangmei minmetals, the cutting blasting effect theory is used to analyze the problems existing in drift excavation. Then, combining with the literature and the actual engineering, the reasonable blasting parameters are determined. Finally, the comparative analysis on the blasting effects performed in homogeneous limestone drift with three cutting patterns of the rhombus cut, the single helix cut and the triangle cut are made. The conclusion is that the single helix cut blasting technique in homogeneous limestone drift excava- tion in Yangrnei Minmetals realized the efficiency of borehole up to above 90% and reduced the hole number and the unit consumption of explosive to be a reasonable level.
