固定离子液体/硅溶胶/壳聚糖复合膜中联吡啶钌电化学发光行为的研究及应用 被引量:1

Electrochemiluminescence based on an ionic liquid /silica sol /CS-Tris( 2,2'-bipyridine) ruthenium( Ⅱ)film modified gold electrode and its analytical application

摘要 利用离子液体(Ionic liquid)的独特性质,以硅溶胶(Silica sol)为主要载体,将联吡啶钌固定到金电极上,成功制备了一种新型的电化学发光传感器。并采用循环伏安(CV)和电致化学发光(ECL)法,考察了联吡啶钌和盐酸硫必利在此修饰电极上的电化学(EC)及其发光行为。发现盐酸硫必利对固定化联吡啶钌在0.1 mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)介质中的弱电化学发光信号有较强的增敏作用,建立了盐酸硫必利的电化学发光新方法。在最佳实验条件下,盐酸硫必利浓度在4.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内与相对发光强度呈线性关系(r2=0.9962),检出限(S/N=3)为1.82×10-9mol/L。连续平行测定1.0×10-5mol/L的盐酸硫必利溶液10次,发光强度的RSD为1.6%。对样品进行回收率试验,回收率在96.7%~107.7%之间。该方法用于样品盐酸硫必利的测定,结果满意。 A novel electrochemiluminescence sensor was fabricated by employing the nature of ionic liquid and silica sol as the carrier and tris(2,2'-bipyridyl) ruthenium(Ⅱ) [Ru(bpy) 3 2 +]were immobilized on a gold electrode.The electrochemical and ECL characteristics of Ru(bpy) 3 2 +and Levofloxacin at the modified electrode were studied,and the modified electrode exhibited good electrochemical activity and ECL response.Based on the obvious electrochemiluminescence sensitization effect of tiapride hydrochloride with Ru(bpy) 3 2 +in the 0.1 mol / L phosphate buffer,a new electrochemiluminescence method for the determination of tiapride hydrochloride was developed.Under the optimum conditions,the calibration curve showed a good linearity with tiapride hydrochloride concentration in the range of 4.0 × 10-7~ 1.0 × 10-4mol / L(r2= 0.9962) and the detection limit(S / N = 3) was 1.82 × 10-9mol / L.The RSD for 10-time determination of 1.0 × 10-5mol / L tiapride hydrochloride was 1.6 %(n = 10).The results of recovery test indicated that the recoveries were 96.7% ~ 107.7%.This method was applied to the analysis of tiapride hydrochloride tablets with satisfactory results.
