摘要
对运动式治理现象研究的深入需要有清晰的概念、类型、原因和问题意识作为支撑。本文立足于国内文献,试图厘清众说纷纭的运动式治理内涵,探寻一种有效的研究框架,探讨运动式治理的可能分类、形成原因以及其广受批判和质疑背后的深层逻辑,在此基础上力求勾勒出运动式治理的边界,为该议题的规范化和深入化作知识积累。
it is necessary to understand that mobilized Governance is rooted with its concept, typotogy and cause, lsaseo on me commentary of domestic research literature,this article tries to discuss the connotation of Mobilized Governance. which can be regarded as collective action represented as three scenarios., macro level of national governance, middle level of organizational governance and micro level of administrative activity.Also, from the view of governance field and goal-- orientation, Mobilized Governance can he divided into four categories, which contain eight possibilities to adopt classifi- cation framework from the target group＇s perspective.The last part of this article argues the wide criticism toward Mo- bilized Governance and three deep paradoxes.The aim of this article is to draw a clear contour of Mobilized Governance so as to regulate this topic and push it further.
