摘要
目的初步评价齿瓣石斛多糖和铁皮石斛多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法体外培养小鼠脾淋巴细胞,观察齿瓣石斛多糖和铁皮石斛多糖分别与刀豆蛋白协同作用下对脾淋巴细胞增殖和细胞中γ-干扰素及白细胞介素-2含量的影响;动物实验中,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的齿瓣石斛多糖和铁皮石斛多糖,连续给药14 d后,复制绵羊红细胞致小鼠足肿胀模型,观察两种石斛多糖对小鼠足趾肿胀度和胸腺、脾脏指数的影响。结果齿瓣石斛多糖和铁皮石斛多糖中剂量组均能显著刺激脾淋巴细胞的增殖,中、高剂量组均能促进脾淋巴细胞中γ-干扰素和白细胞介素-2的分泌;此外,两种石斛多糖高剂量组均可明显增加小鼠足趾肿胀度和脾脏指数,但各剂量组对小鼠胸腺指数无影响。结论齿瓣石斛多糖和铁皮石斛多糖能一定程度上提高小鼠的免疫活性。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect on mice immunity activity of Dendrobium devonianum polysaccharides and Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides. METHODS Cultured splenic lymphocytes of mice in vitro to obseive the influence of Dendrobium dewmianum polysaccharides and Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides separately cooperated with CoMA on proliferation of splenic lymphocyte and content of IFN-γ and IL-2. In animal experiments, respectively offered Dendrobium devonianum polysaccharides and Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides to mouse in different dosage, after 14 d, copied the model of toe swelling induced by SRBC to observe the efl'ect of Dendrobium polysaccharides on toe swelling and viscera index. RESULTS Medium dosage groups of two Dendrobium polysaccharides both can stimulate the proliferation of splenic lymphocyte observably ; medium and high dosage groups both can promote the secretion of IFN-γ and IL-2 in splenic lymphocyte ; In addition, high dosage groups of two Dendrobium polysaccharides both can increase toe swelling and spleen index of mouse obviously, but every dosage groups have no effect on thymus index of mouse. CONCLUSION To some extent, Dendrobium devonianum polysaccharides and Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides can improve the immunity activity of mouse.
