电动机托架湿型砂铸造工艺

Casting Process of Bracket for Electromotor with Green Molding Sand

摘要 为采用湿型砂气冲造型工艺生产电动机托架铸件,基于铸件结构和生产条件,分析了分型面、浇注位置、浇注系统等工艺要素,确定了托架铸件的工艺方案;针对浇注后出现的铸件表面缩陷和夹砂缺陷,从熔炼、型砂、浇冒口设置等方面进行了改进和调整。改进后的工艺经生产验证,铸件表面缩陷和膨胀夹砂现象得以彻底消除,效果明显,系列铸件的工艺出品率可达85%以上。 In order to produce the bracket castings for electromotor with green sand air impact molding process, the process factors, including mold joint, pouring position and gating system, were analyzed upon casting structure and production condition. The process scheme of bracket was determined. To the depression and scab on casting surface after pouring, the process was improved and adjusted from smelting, molding sand and ingate and riser setting. The improved process through production verification shows that the depression and scab on casting surface is completely removed, which effects are obvious. The rate of qualified castings is increased up to 85%.
