摘要
目的:探讨中医药治疗原发性肝癌的优势和对策。方法:对近10 a来中医药治疗原发性肝癌的文献研究及临床经验进行整理。结果:分析原发性肝癌的病因病机,并从辨证论治、专方专药、外治法及中医药联合化疗、放疗、介入等综合治疗方面,总结中医药治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究成果,探讨了中医药治疗原发性肝癌的优势,为原发性肝癌的中医药治疗提供了广阔思路。并提出中药联合肝动脉栓塞术的中医序贯治疗方案,为原发性肝癌的中医药治疗提供了新的思路和方法。结论:中医药治疗原发性肝癌疗效显著,不良反应少。
Objective ： To explore the advantages and countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine in treating primary hepatic carcino- ma（PHC）. Methods：Literature research and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma in nearly 10 years were sorted out. Results：This article analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of PHC, summarized the clinical research results on TCM treatment of PHC from the aspects of syndrome differentiation and treatment, special medicine and special formula, ex- ternal therapy,TCM combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, interventional therapy and many kinds of comprehensive treatments. Discussed the superiority of this treatment and provided the broad thought of TCM treatment of PHC. At last, the article created the se- quential therapy of TCM united with hepatic artery embolization（ HAE）, which provided the new thoughts and new ways on TCM treat- ment of PHC. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma has distinct curative effect,less adverse reaction.
