纤维增强复合材料的界面裂纹分析 被引量:4

摘要 用界面裂纹接触区模型模拟界面缺陷 ,分析了碳纤维增强碳化硅复合材料界面裂纹尖端应力场的奇异性。由数值求解方法推导得出 ,减小界面缺陷尺寸或增加纤维与基体的弹性模量比 ,可以使该复合材料剪应力强度因子的水平值明显提高。实验结果证明了理论推导的正确性。 Simulating the interface defect of the carbon fiber reinforced silion carbide composite with the crack contact zone model, the stress distrbution on the interface crack tip is analyzed. Numerical calculation induces that the decrease of the interface defect size and the increase of the elastic modulus ratio of the matrix result in an obvious increase of the strength factor value of the shear stress. The theoretical analysis is verified by the experiment.
