摘要
目的:探讨奥氮平治疗器质性精神障碍的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例器质性精神障碍患者随机分为2组,分别为奥氮平组和奋乃静组,疗程4周。采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)评定疗效,不良反应量表(TESS)评定药物副作用。结果:2组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),奥氮平组不良反应较轻。结论:奥氮平组治疗器质性精神障碍安全、有效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the olanzapine in the treatment of organic mental disorder efficacy and safety. Methods：60 patients with organic mental disorder were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, olanzapine and perphenazine group, a course of 4 weeks. With the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （ BPRS ） assessment of efficacy, adverse reaction scale （ TESS ） assessment of drug side effects. Results ： no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, olanzapine group with mild adverse reactions. Conclusion：olanzapine treatment of organic mental disorder is safe and effective, it is worth for clinical use.
