摘要
针对信用担保产品风险的复杂性,建立相应的产品风险评价指标体系,再根据信用担保产品评价指标属性权重和属性值均以不确定语言信息形式给出这一特性,建立信用担保产品不确定语言多属性群决策模型。运用ULWM算子和ULHA算子分别对决策方案的综合属性评估值、决策方案的群体综合属性值进行集结,得到各备选方案的群体综合评判信息;利用可能度公式构造可能度矩阵,对可能度矩阵排序得到所有决策方案的排序信息。实例分析表明,通过语言标度对信用担保产品进行不确定语言多属性群决策,结果准确。
The index system of evaluating the risk of credit guarantee objects is constructed considering the specific characteristics of the risk evaluation. The multi-attribute group decision-making model with uncertain linguistic information model is also constructed considering the uncertain linguistic information of the attribute weights and attribute values. The synthesis attribute values of alternative are concentrated with the ULWM operator, and the group synthesis attribute values of alternatives are concentrated with the ULHA operator. Compared with the values of all alternatives by the probability formula, the probability matrix is gained. Then, all alternatives are ranked by a formula to the probability matrix. Finally, an example shows that the method of multiple attribute dicision based on uncertain linguistic information is feasible and effective in evaluating the risk of credit guarantee.
