摘要
信用指标体系设计和信用评价方法设计是公路货运信息平台中诚信管理系统设计的关键。在提出静态指标和动态指标分类法的基础上,构建了信用评价指标体系。以模糊数的形式,设计了评价信息的反馈模式和处理方法,结合判断评分模型完成信用评价方法设计。最后用实例进行说明。
The design of credit index system and credit evaluation method is key points of the credit management system in trucking freight information platform. Credit index system was constructed with being classified into static index and dynamic index. The feedback and calculation methods of evaluation information were given in terms of fuzzy number. These methods and judgmental scoring model were combined into credit evaluation method of the platform. Finally, an example was given to show the application of the proposed design.
