摘要
本文回顾卫生信息化建设的主要历程,提出当前构建数字化医院建设的四种模式,即基于电子伤票的医疗后送模式、基于电子健康档案的网络医学服务模式、基于电子病历的数字医疗模式、基于数据中心的绩效管理模式,以及数字化医院建设需要把握的问题。
The main courses of health informationization were reviewed, and then four modes to build up digital hospital were proposed as medical evacuation mode based on digital medical tag, net medical service mode based on digital health files, digital medical mode based on digital records, performance management mode based on data. At last the problems to construe digital hospital were discussed.
