摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,数据的开放存取显得越来越重要。本文首先介绍了开放数据的产生极其内涵。然后介绍了开放数据在电子政务、电子商务和图书情报领域的实践。总结实践的经验,期望为以后开放数据的发展提供借鉴。
With the arrival of the big data era, open access to data is becoming more and more important. This paper first introduces the generation of open data, extremely its connotation, then introduces the practice of open data in E-government, E-commerce and Library and Information science. Through summarizing practical experience, it hopes to provide reference for the future development of open data.
