摘要
油泡浮选技术的研发从方法的角度为浮选开辟了新的研究领域。为推进我国对油泡浮选技术的认识及研发,通过概述油泡浮选过程以及对油泡技术在油砂及煤泥浮选中的应用分析,解析了相应油泡浮选的实现机制及作用效果,指出油泡浮选相对于常规浮选,具有回收率高、选择性好等特点,由此在对高新浮选技术研发提出更高要求的背景下,预期在油泡浮选技术方向开展相关理论和工艺研究,将使我国的矿物加工水平提升一个新的高度,成为提质技术研发的重要举措之一。
The research and development of oily-bubble flotation opens up a new research field from the angle of method. For improving the understanding and research of oily-bubble flotation in our country, the oily-bubble flotation realization mechanism and effect has been analyzed by the introduction of oily-bubble flotation process and the analysis on the application of oily-bubble in oil sand flotation and coal slime flotation. It has been pointed out that relative to normal flotation,oily-bubble flotation has the characteristics of high recovery rate, good selectivity and so on. Thus under the background of high-teeh flotation technology research need, it can be expected that to carry out theory and craft research on oily-bubble flotation will make mineral processing technology of our country upgrade to a new level,and become one of the important methods of upgrading technology research.
