摘要
对马钢2号高炉炉役后期的强化冶炼实践进行了总结。通过进一步做好精料入炉工作、优化高炉操作、加强炉型管理以及基础性管理等措施,使得2号高炉在炉役后期保持长期稳定顺行,取得了较好的生产技术经济指标。
The paper summarizes the intensified smelting operation of Masteel＇s No. 2 blast furnace at its post campaign, the furnace still keeps stable and smooth operation at its post campaign for a long time and reaches good techno-economics index of production thanks to a series of measures taken, like charging beneficiated burden material, optimizing furnace oper ation and enhancing furnace profile management as well as other fundamental management.
