摘要
民办高等教育在我国教育体系中占有重要的地位,在国家政策的积极引导和地方政府的扶持下,民办高等教育迎来了新的发展机遇,但也显露出一些问题。通过建立民办高等教育的本土化模式则可以合理规避这些问题。因此,民办高等教育还应坚持以人才培养为终极目标,充分尊重教育教学规律;明确政府行政监管职能,保持地方行政支持的连续性;坚持本土特色,走可持续化办学之路。
Guided by national executive policy and local government , the new opportunity of development is coming up for domestic non-governmental higher education ,in which is playing significant role in the whole of national educational system.Simultaneously ,some problems are also obvious.The establishment of localization model is expected to avoid and solve those problems.That is Non-governmental higher education should take fostering the talent as an ultimate aim ,fully respect teaching principles ,clarify the function of governmental administrative supervision,keep the continuity of local administrative support,and uphold localization characteristics for a sustainable way of schools.
