摘要
基于人力资本创新动机和创新能力的视角,首次区分了创新型人力资本与效率型人力资本对创新的影响机制,并运用零膨胀泊松回归模型以及683家企业的调研数据,对这两类人力资本的创新机制进行了实证分析。实证结果表明,企业的创新型人力资本与创新绩效显著正相关,而效率型人力资本会抑制企业创新,但能提高企业的生产性绩效;创新吸收能力较弱和研发投入较低的企业都倾向于选择不创新。这一结论对企业不同类型人力资本的配置和开发具有重要意义。
This paper integrates motivation and innovative capabilities perspectives to examine impacts of different types of human capital on firm's innovation. Human capital is divided into innovative human capital and efficient human capital The authors investigate their relationships with finn's innovative performance and productive performance using a sample of 683 firms. Results from zero-inflated Poisson model indicate that innovative human capital contributes positively to finn's innovation, while efficient human capital is negatively related to finn's innovation. Despite the negative impact of efficient human capital on innovation, we find they can improve productive performance greatly. Firms with weak absorptive capacity and less R&D investment tend to choose not to innovate. The results of this study have great implications for human capital allocation and development.
