TLR2抗病毒固有免疫作用研究现状

摘要 Toll样受体2(Toll like receptor 2,TLR2)是Toll样受体家族中重要的成员,在多种细胞表达,可识别多种配体使炎症因子释放,参与固有免疫和适应性免疫应答过程,在机体抗病毒感染中发挥重要作用。本文就近五年TLR2及其信号途径参与病毒感染性疾病发展过程作一综述。
