超声测量肝脏切面面积估测肝脏体积214例分析 被引量:8

Analysis on the ultrasonography in measurement liver sectional area to estimate the liver volume with 214 cases

摘要 目的:探讨以超声测量肝脏切面面积来评估肝脏体积的新方法。方法:选择无肝脏疾病及引起肝脏增大因素的超声检查者214例,测量肝脏的右叶前斜切面面积和左外叶纵切面面积。对不同性别、年龄组的测量结果进行比较,对肝脏两个切面面积之和与CT测量的肝体积进行比较。结果:97例正常男性肝右叶前斜切面面积为(95.31±22.95)cm2,左外叶纵切面面积为(28.37±7.77)cm2;117例正常女性肝右叶前斜切面面积为(84.99±16.91)cm2,左外叶纵切面面积为(25.37±5.56)cm2;两个切面面积男性要大于女性(P<0.01),青年、中年、老年组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常人肝脏左右两个面积之和与CT测得的肝脏体积明显呈正相关(r=0.511,P=0.000),肝脏体积与肝脏两个切面面积和的回归方程为:LV=940.8+2.1 S(cm2);肝左外叶纵切面面积与右叶前斜切面面积比为3.47±0.87,呈正态分布。结论:超声测量正常人肝脏的右叶前斜切面面积与左外叶纵切面面积可用于评估肝脏的大小,方法简便实用。 Objective: To explore a new method with ultrasonography to measure liver section area, andassess the significance of liver size. Methods: Two hundred and fourteen cases were selected with ultrasonogra- phy examination without liver disease and liver enlargement factor, the right liver lobe anterior oblique section area and left hepatic lobe area of longitudinal section were measured. The measured restllt were compared in different~ genders, and age groups. The sum of two section area of liver and CT measurement of liver volume were compared and analyzed. Results: The right liver lobe anterior oblique section areas in 97 cases of normal male were (95.31 ± 22.95) cm2, The longitudinal area of the left lobe was (28.37 ± 7.77) cm2; The right liver lobe anterior 0bliquei section area in 117 normal female was (84.99 ± 16.91) cm2, left lobe longitudinal are&was (25.37 ± 5.56) cm2; the two section area of males was larger than that of females (P〈0.01), There was no statistical difference in young, middle-aged, and the elderly group; normal human liver around the two area and CT measured liver volume was significantly positive correlation (r=0.511, P=0.000), liver volume and liver two cutting surface area and the regression equation was LV=940.8±2.1S (cm2). The ratio of longitudinal section area of the left lateral lobe area, and right hepatic lobe anterior oblique section area was 3.47 ± 0.87, presenting normal distribution. Conelusion: Ultrasonography measurements of normal human liver right lobe anterior oblique section area and left lateral lobe longitudinal area can be used to evaluate the liver size. The method is simple and practical.
