Volume and density measurement of human normal and pathological liver and its significance

摘要 目的检测不同病变肝组织密度值,获得不同的密度值范围与不同病变形态学表现的关联性,为病理学和法医学尸检提供简便、可靠的肝脏病变的诊断依据。方法应用自主研制的电子智能化体积密度仪,同步检测171例尸体肝脏的质量-体积-密度,根据大体及组织形态学改变将密度分为5组,对各组密度值均数差异进行统计学分析。结果正常组肝密度的年龄和性别差异均不显著;不同病变组密度均数具有显著性差异(P值均<0.01)。结论正常及不同病变肝密度与其形态学表现有密切关联。 Objective To investigate convenient and practical diagnostic method in forensic medicine and pathology by measuring different density values of human livers which had different pathological changes. Methods We measured synchronously the mass, volume and density of 171 human livers with the intelligentized volume-densimeter, then divided them into five groups according to their pathological characters. Results The diffierences between each groups were significant( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The density of human liver is related greatly to its morphological characteristies.
