摘要
文化在国际关系中有着一种深层的和恒定的作用。苏联和东欧各国都有非常丰富的政治文化,它们之间既有很多相似之处,也存在着根本性的差异。在一定的历史条件下,出于国家安全和利益方面的考虑,苏东结盟有一定的合理性,但却无法持久。由此出发可以为我们提供一个分析战后苏东关系演变的新视角。
Culture has a deep and constant effect in international relations area. Both the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe have a very rich political culture. There are many similarities between them, and fundamental differences. Under certain historical condition, for the sake of national security and interests, the alliance of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe has certain rationality. But it will not last for long. This can provide us a new perspective to analyze the evolution of the relationship of between the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe in the post-war.
