摘要
立足于生命周期理论 ,从动态的角度描述了影响技术转让价格的研究开发成本、技术收益、风险和市场供求关系等因素随技术生命周期的变化 ,据此分析技术生命周期中创新、成长、成熟和衰退四个阶段转让价格的特征 。
The treatise describes the impact of R&D cost, technical income and risk, and marketing conditions on the transferring price of technology in a dynamic way on the basis of lifecycle theory. It analyzes the characteristics of the transferring price in the four phases of lifecycle, that is, innovation, development, maturity, and decline, thus makes out the tendency of the variation of transferring price of technology with lifecycle.
