基于遗传算法优化的模糊PID在粉末液压机伺服系统的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 CNC粉末冶金液压机电液伺服系统具有时变性、易受干扰等特点,运用常规的PID控制难以达到满意的控制效果。运用模糊PID控制实现对PID参数的在线自适应整定,提高了PID控制器对电液伺服系统的调节控制能力。为了进一步提高模糊PID控制器的控制性能,采用遗传算法对模糊PID控制器的初始PID参数和比例因子进行了优化。仿真结果表明:基于遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制器在CNC粉末冶金液压机电液伺服系统的控制中具有良好的自适应性、鲁棒性和稳定性。 CNC powder metallurgy hydraulic machine' s electro-hydraulic servo system is time-varying and susceptible to interference, it is difficult to obtain satisfying control performance with conventional PID. Using fuzzy-PID makes the PID parameter have the ability of on-line adoptive adjustment and improves the performance of PID controller in the electro-hydraulic servo control system. In order to improve further the control performance of fuzzy-PID controller, genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial PID parameter and scale factors of fuzzy-PID controllor. Simulation results show that the tuzzy- PID controller optimized by genetic algorithm has good adoptability,robustness and stability in the electro-hydraulic servo control system of CNC CNC powder metallurgy hydraulic machine.
