摘要
针对某大型加工中心转台的结构特点,建立其有限元模型,进行动静态特性分析、轻量化设计与验证。对转台在不同工况下进行强度分析与模态分析,获取转台的应力分布状况,结果表明构件强度足够,可通过结构优化进行轻量化设计。结合灵敏度分析与拓扑优化的结果,提出转台轻量化设计方案,转台优化后减重达6.5%。通过对比优化前后转台在不同工况下的强度、模态特性,验证了优化方案的可行性。
According to the structure of a large machining center turntable, the finite element model was established. Then, the static, dynamic characteristics and lightweight design of turntable was carried out. The strength and modal analysis was computed under different working conditions and the stress distribution of turntable was obtained. The analysis results show that the potential for lightweight design through structure optimization. Combining the results of sensitivity analysis and topological optimization, a light- weight scheme of turntable was proposed, which shows the weight --saving is of 6.5% of the original model. The feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified by the comparison strength and modal characteristics with the original model.
