摘要
通过改变工艺方法实现结构改造，提高构件强度，合理选择楔形角等重要措施，使改造后离合器的寿命可达到６０００ｈ以上．
The roller clutches in the wheel loader transmission have always gotten serious wear, which is a very important problem should be solved at once. The paper has described the technological methods which can realize the modification of construction, the improvement of part strength, the reasonable choice of angulation. All these methods can make the life of the improved transmission reach more than 6,000 hours. The design can also be used all over the relative engineering area.
